Definition of services
This service mediates the sending and receiving of files between the users who have registered with twitter (hearafter, twitter user) .
The user of this service (hereafter, user) can send various files to the twitter user who is following the user.
This service consists mainly of the following functions.
1. Upload files for user sending with this service
2. Announces download page URL to the twitter user (hereafter, recipient) who was specified through twitter direct messages.
3. Recipient receives file on download page (downloads it).
4. User confirms download status of sent file
Use of Services

To use this service, you must register with the twitter website and agree with these Terms of Service.
Moreover, the user assumes responsibility to use equipment, software, and an environment accessible to this service at their own responsibility and expense.
Under the present circumstances, user shall not access this service using means other than the interface offered by our company.
Recommended Requirements

Recommended requirements to use this service in Internet Explorer 6.0, or later, or Mozilla Firefox 2.0, or later.
This service is offered on the assumption that user will operate in the environment outlines above. However, it does not guarantee correct operations even when all environment requirements are fulfilled.
There are cases where the user may be unable to use all or part of functions due to their environment.
Changes or Cancellation of Service

User's Obligation

The user shall take responsibility for the entire file which is sent and received between other users through this service.
When using files sent and received through this service, the user will judge the reliability, accuracy, completeness, utility, presence of a virus in the content, and it shall be fully under the user's responsibility.
Furthermore, it is understood this service shall be used with the understanding that files and direct messages may be sent and received in a process not related to this company through different types of networks and equipment, and that in some cases there is the possibility of abnormalities in content, and the possible unintentional viewing or use by a third party.
Prohibited Items
The following acts are firmly forbidden with this service.
If user discloses through a report or other means, the kept file may be deleted without prior notice.
1. Slander, and slandering other users or a third party
2. The illegal use of information of other users or a third party
3. The infringement of intellectual property rights of other users or a third party
4. Transmission of information that harms the body, life, freedom of other users' or third party' reputation and/or property
5. Interference with this service or the the equipment or network which offers this service to cause disorder
6. Damage to hardware, such as the users' computers, or software, such as the OS
7. Reselling this service
8. Acting against public order and customs
9. Violation of laws and ordinances
10. Act that may correspond to each clause, or an act similar to this, and an act promoting this
11. In addition, an act we judge to be inappropriate based on rational reasoning
12. In addition, an act which is disadvantageous to other users or a third party
File handling
This service handles files kept as outlined below.
1. Information cannot be retrieved under any kind of circumstance, except when "offering individual information to a third party" of this service Privacy Policy was established .
2. Expired files are automatically deleted, and cannot be retrieved under any kind of circumstance.
3. We assume no responsibility for file content sent and received through this service.
4. We will delete kept files when a user violates this agreement, or when it is necessaryto protect the rights and priveleges of our company, the user or a third party, in order to properly operate this service .
Handling twitter direct messages
The twitter direct message (hereafter, direct message) sent after file uploaded will be handled as outlined below.
1. Information cannot be retrieved under any kind of circumstance, except when "offering individual information to a third party" of this service Privacy Policy was established .
2. A direct message cannot be resent from our company under any circumstances
3. Our company does not assume any responsibility for direct message content sent and received by this service.
4. We will delete kept direct messages when a user violates this agreement, or when it is necessary to protect the rights and priveleges of our company, the user or a third party in order to properly operate this service.

As a general rule, we do not accept telephone calls and/or direct visits.

Advertisements

The user agrees that this service shall carry advertisements.
Transactions with the advertiser and user regarding advertisement content and the advertisements this service carries shall be the responsibility of the user and advertiser concerned.
We assume no responsibility for damages which result from transactions for advertisements carried by this service, and damage which results from the advertisement itself.
Services without a guarantee

Our company does not guarantee any service content, offers, access and usage.
Moreover, we do not guarantee inquiry responses, information and advice user received from our company directly or through this service, and content authenticity, competency, and accuracy based on the limited information communicated by the user.
Liability limitations (Immunity)

The user agrees that our company assumes no responsibility for damages caused by using or not being able to use this service.
Cookie

There are pages with technology called "cookies" which offer this service's fixed functions.
Based on the privacy policy that the relevant third party advocates, when the user accesses the service (such as affiliate programs and access analysis) that a third party provides through this site, it will automatically acquire/provide the user's IP address, visit time and date, user agent, browser tracking, among others, for the purpose of collecting information on cookies and web beacons.

The user agrees not to infringe on copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights.
Scope of this Agreement

With the exception of "Notes on Use," "Information," and other sections in this agreement, when our company establishes the usage of this service on its website regardless of how our company is separately related, these areas shall be also equivalent and applicable to this agreement
Moreover, unless there is an established application start time, when our company displays announcements on the website, they will be effective concerning this service use, and assumes user's consent simultaneously.
Changes in this Agreement

Our company shall be able to change this agreement without prior notice.
Moreover, if our company changes this agreement, the chagned contents will be effective immediately from the time it appears on the website of this service.
Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction

The applicable law of this agreement is the laws of Japan.
The Tokyo District Court is the exclusive jurisdiction court for disputes between our company and users in relation to this service or this agreement.
Conference

For matters not covered in this agreement, a solution shall be carried out by conference according to the principle of good faith.
